All bags are handmade all imperfections are perfections.

All fabrics vary from bag to bag, maintenance instructions will be provided with each individual bag. A test sample will also be provided for you to freely test your home products against the fabrics. Chapters does not issue a warranty for the items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Chapters does not offer any refunds unless in the unlikely event the item is seriously damaged. In this case, please include all images in the form below, BEFORE returning the item as Chapters has the right to refuse any returns otherwise.

If there are any issues or things that Chapters could do better, please contact me in the form below. I appreciate every type of criticism in order to improve.

Chapters does not cover the shipping cost for returning the item, this will be the customers responsibility.

Ensure that there is tracking on the item as Chapters is not responsible for any lost returns.

All returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving your item.

Chapters reserves the right to refuse any returns that have been altered, marked, distorted, missing; strap, hanger, dust bag, chain, samples, any other additions provided in its original condition.

No liability will be accepted for changes in appearance, performance or defects in any of our products. Care instructions are provided.
