CHAPTERS uses only the most luxurious leathers, fabrics and hardware to create your bag. Every piece has been meticulously handmade in London; any incidental tonal variations or marks are natural features that enhance the unique characteristics of the accessory.


To preserve the quality of your product, we recommend the following:

  • Avoid overexposure to harsh light / direct sunlight and any heat / humid areas.

  • Avoid contact with water, oils and perfumes.

  • In the event that your bag does get wet, delicately dab the area with a soft cloth and allow the bag to dry out naturally. Do not use a hairdryer or place it into direct sunlight.

  • All other stains should be removed immediately. Please test all cleaning / protectant solutions on the test samples provided - genuine leather cleaners are preferred. When not in use, store your bag in the dust bag provided in a cool, dry place in order to preserve the leather.

  • Avoid overfilling your bag to maintain its original silhouette.
